The M3 K-Type Thermocouple Fixing Screw is designed for secure and reliable installation in 3D printers and CNC machines. Featuring an M4 thread brass head, it is easy to set up and ensures stable mounting of thermocouples.

The K-type thermocouple (Chromel–Alumel) is the most commonly used general-purpose thermocouple, known for its durability, accuracy, and affordability. It offers a wide temperature range from -200 °C to +1350 °C (-330 °F to +2460 °F) with a sensitivity of approximately 41 µV/°C.

Engineered to perform well in oxidizing atmospheres, it provides consistent readings. However, in reducing environments (e.g., hydrogen with low oxygen), “green rot” may occur, which can reduce performance. Despite this, it remains one of the most reliable and widely available thermocouple types for industrial and DIY applications.
